That's right.. That's how efficient our kangaroo Federal Court is. Efficient dependent on which side you are from and at the wimps and fancies of their political masters.

To make matter worst, the application was heard by a lone judge, Ramly Mohd Ali, instead of a panel of three judges. I do not really want to comment much on this. The presence of AG Pigtail and his chamber's cahoots were there for a reason. Why are they taking such great interest toward this case? Keeping an eye over their trained kangaroo?

Did anybody check on the background of this judge? We do not want to see a repeat of the recent case where we got a JC to hear a constitutional case:p

Most importantly, we must be able to see what are the implications behind their continuous abusive actions. We are the Law and we are above the Law, perhaps?

It makes me wanna puke just looking at their arrogance in steamrolling their way through their attempt to wrest control over the Perak state. Imagine the same group of rotten people that are going to rule Perak state. Perakian has indeed being shortchanged this time. From a CAT government to a AAA government.

A Brave Judgement That Gave The Victory Back To The People...

Kudos to Justice Abdul Aziz Abd Rahim for his bravery and fairness in delivering a landmark judgement. Read Justice Abdul Aziz Abd Rahim's judgement here.

And DS Nizar is the legitimate Menteri Besar of Perak. Much to the delight of Perakians and Malaysians alike. A judgement that gained back some credibility for the country's otherwise rotten judicial system. A judgement that brought many cheers and tears of joy throughout the country. A judgement that brought about a glimmer of hope that we do have some people with integrity and conscience within the system but only to be infiltrated by power abusive puppets of the ruling regime/organization.

The judgement also further confirmed the illegal status of the May 7th assembly sitting. Thus, making Sivakumar still the legitimate Speaker of the Dewan. And Najib and his cahoots are now pressed for time before the state assembly goes into automatic dissolution which expires tomorrow after a 60 days lapse.

The Whisperer opines that Najib and his cahoots should continue to make noises on the pretense of fighting back but at the same time, allowing the state assembly to go into auto dissolution as a face saving measure. They can claim then that they lose out on time limitation and on technicalities.

Whatever la.. I actually couldn't care less. In the first place, they shouldn't have stoop this low and make a dumb joke out of themselves.

Next agenda for Najib is to totally reform the whole police force. They are the main scum of the administration.

That is just my opinion and it is Najib's choice to heed.

She can continue denying taking money for her frog leap. But after her blatant lying during a press conference with regard to the pepper spray incident, who would believe a word she said. She is just another low cast, non-principled and non-conscientious living thing. This is her.. her pure and unadulterated truest self.

Pakatan Rakyat state government said she resigned together the other two frogs but BN government insisted in keeping them through the Election Commission which in the first place do not have any jurisdiction to decide except taking orders.

The Whisperer thinks that BN is just a party for the cowards and immoral people.

Lawless And Constitutionless Black Malaysia...

It was a Black Day.

We need not wear black to blacken the country. The manner the BN government rule is enough to black out this country. And the entire Perak fiasco is a true reflection of what this blxxdy administration is all about. Lawless and Constitution-less from the beginning till the end. It is also a reflection of the thuggery nature of our police force. And if we really look into BN and their machinery structure, it is so much like The Mafia organisation and the police force is liken to the mafia henchmen.

I started my drive to Ipoh at around 3am with Zorro and Haris in tow despite 8 days of sleep deprived nights. We were in high spirit. Obviously, looking forward to make our stand as a citizen of this beloved country. Beloved as it is and without implication to those minority who walk the corridor of power. This country would be even more beautiful without them.

Anyway, our purpose is to prevent Perak state from falling into the wrong hands as we believe that the Perak takeover was totally wrong in the eyes of law and constitution. It is not an easy task to go against someone who have all the power and machinery at his disposal. What we did was to apply some pressure to bring out their worst. And that, we did with continuous success! Endless blatant abuse of power and machinery without regard to the law and constitution. If this is not enough to wake up the people, I wonder what else can. I really wonder...

We did find our way to within 15 metres from the State Secretariat. Thanks to the stench of Special Branch personnel which we are quite familiar with by now. We were outnumbered by the Special Branch personnel alone. So forget about FRU and all those other battalion that came in different uniforms. But they were there ready to strike and intimidate. And they did struck at half hour interval. Taking in some each time as if they have a quota to meet. Even an 80 over year old man curious onlooker was not spared. It was pretty obvious to us that this old man stays at the residential area nearby and was doing his morning walk till his curiousity brought him close. The SBs must be blind to target him.

And as for our Grand Old Man, Zorro, he has certainly earned his stripe this time. As he was escorted in, he was walking with pride and dignity. For that bravery, we are going to throw him an award ceremony tonight.

All in all, it wasn't a bad outing. They succeeded in snatching away the state but not without a price... A Price too High for Defying the Wishes of The People. We shall see who will get the last laugh.

P Uthayakumar: The Whisperer Salutes You...

P Uthayakumar wrote a letter on his ordeal under ISA detention in Kamunting. Below are some excerpts that I highlighted from his letter to MalaysiaKini..

Today, I have grown 500 days older. Today, I have lost 500 days of my precious freedom. Today, it is 500 days since I shaved my beard or combed my hair to protest my ISA detention. Today, it is 500 days since I have been made to wear the very same two pairs of dark blue baggy pants and white restaurant waiter-like prison uniform.

But I have no regrets. I know in my heart that every day of my imprisonment will liberate and open up a thousand new minds against Umno’s atrocities and injustices in their marginalisation, discrimination, suppression, oppression and the exclusion of Indians from the mainstream of national development in Malaysia.

My biggest satisfaction and what keeps me going in prison is the true and sincere spirit of the struggle through Hindraf’s Makkal Sakthi.

It moved me to see thousands of Hindraf supporters who had braved FRU’s tear gas and water cannons, who were roughed up and beaten by the police, arrested, handcuffed, thrown into jail, prosecuted in court and bravely standing up in the dock to face possible jail sentences, losing their jobs, and with their wife and children suffering. A sad episode indeed. How this draconian ISA had been abused indiscriminately against the citizen for voicing out their plights. What makes it worst is the treatment thereafter that is inhumane given that the New Age has moved beyond Barbarism Age.

Despite all these treatment, P Uthayakumar never regretted at all for his part in creating one of the Greatest Awareness in the history of Malaysia.
