It Was Politically Motivated Right From The Beginning...

Watch What Happened During The Dialogue

Clearly, some of them are the same as those from the cow head demonstration. And their intention is to disrupt this dialogue and prevent other residents from voicing their views. These goons created a commotion right from the beginning. Otherwise, why should they behave with such disgrace when this is an open dialogue. Even their status as resident of section 23 is doubtful.
If this is not politically motivated, I wonder what else is..
Pakatan Rakyat Selangor is now in a fix. To give in to this unruly mobs would be jeopardizing their credibility as one effective government. To go against them would gives Umno opportunity to blow this issue into a race and religion related issue.
Where were the cops, anyway?

Same Day: Different Location; Different Time

A small group of civil society were stopped and arrested from holding a peaceful candlelight vigil in protest to the disgraceful cowhead incident which have rocked the whole world and put our country in some sort of limelight for the wrong reason.

The police force were of no help either. They were there as early as 6:00pm to cordon off the vigil venue and roadblocks were set up at entry points to stop vigiliers from making their voice heard.

We were there early to monitor the situation and our presence seemed to pose some kind of intimidation to the police force. Our favorite chinese cop decided to play some kind of game with us. With a blew of his whistle, a bunch of obedient dogs came and surrounded us. Their intention was to intimidate us into fear. They just came close to us showing their expression-less face as if we would surrender ourselves to their fangless face.

The Opera Cop And His Trained Dogs

Well, we held our grounds. Our pictures were taken and video-cammed. We just hang around enjoying some historical landmarks that still stands from the colonial times. It was at around 8:00pm before we saw some activities at the Jalan Tar and Jalan Tun Perak junction from where we stood under the overpriced giant national Jalur Gemilang. By the time we walked across the field towards the place of action, it was all over. 14 were arrested without warning issued. Another 2 ladies were later arrested for refusing to disperse at the Masjid Jamek area. It was well over then.

See for yourself and spot the difference between these two videos. Why the double standard? Who were the aggressor in these two videos?

Roses And Candles Instead Of Cow Head

This is 1Malaysia, alright... 1Malaysia for the minority few that walk the corridors of power with their brainless obedient dogs blatantly running their dirty errands through their selective intimidation and misinterpretation of their version of jungle laws.

1Malaysia Boleh!! Ptuiiiiii!!!!!!!

Yet Another By-Election On The Card...

Thought it is going to be another listless day at the office. It was until this piece of news came flashing on my google feed which obviously made my day.
Cruel or evil, it may seems but I wasn't alone having this stand. Many calls and texts have been flooding in since. Even my mum called and tease me. Many sounded positively please. One even finds it eerie at the rate the by-elections has been coming at us. I guess it's not safe to be a politician this time. So beware if you are one, you might be next!
The real beauty about this coming by-election is that this seat belongs to Umno. And if we take a look at the past records, it wont be an easy task to wrestle it away from them.
But then again, we just love the challenge. We have records in our favor while they have the rots since the 12 general election. We can only hope that further awareness has caught up onto the folks in this area. These folks has to wake up and move away from this mindset of giving the parliament seat to the opposition and leaving the state seat to Barisan Nasional.
This is definitely going to be an interesting by-election to follow given the composition of the races in this constituency and its locality.
The Whisperer remains confident on the maturity of the people to bring about the need for change. A Change towards a Better Malaysia. A Win could further fan this momentum for change.
Another tough job for the Barisan Rakyat Bloggers team. This time we need to change the mind of these rural chinese folks to accept a PAS candidate if PR decides to field a PAS candidate. Otherwise, I would prefer CheguBard as a candidate here..
Whatever it may be, we shall deliver when the time comes, As Always...

MCMC Abdul Halim Ahmad: What Are You Trying To Say Here?

The Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) has requested independent news portal Malaysiakini to remove two 'provocative' videos, including the footage of the controversial cow-head protest, from its website.

"These videos contain offensive contents with the intent to annoy any person, especially Indians.

"This is an offence under Section 211/233 of the Communication and Multimedia Act 1998," said monitoring and enforcement division senior acting director Abdul Halim Ahmad in a letter dated Sept 3.

Read More Here..

Section 211/233 of the Communication and Multimedia Act 1998 states that any individual found guilty of publishing content "which is indecent, obscene, false, menacing, or offensive in character with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person" is liable to a fine of up to RM50,000 or a jail sentence.

Are you telling us that this video by MalaysiaKini have been doctored and is therefore false in nature. Menacing and offensive in character with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person... This, I couldn't agree more with you.. but MalaysiaKini is only publishing what they have witnessed. Every bit of the video clip is exactly what had transpired that day. These bunch of moron were definitely menacing and offensive in character with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person.

Perhaps, we can view Abdul Halim Ahmad's stand from a abuse of power perspective. His demand letter to MalaysiaKini is full of malice.

Moron, why don't you just concentrate on the real issue here?

I ll Let The People Judge These Videos Here..

Is This The Moronic Season Or What?

Hey Dey, Why Don't You Both Juz Shut The Fuck Up!!

Imagine these hogwash coming from the illegal speaker and illegal menteri besar pertaining to yesterday's assembly sitting by the people's choice of Silver State government... What a load of bulls!!
Barisan Nasional appointed Perak state assembly speaker R Ganesan warned that action can be taken against ousted speaker V Sivakumar over the 'hotel assembly' yesterday.
In a phone interview with Malaysiakini, Ganesan said that Sivakumar acted in contempt against the state assembly (menghina dewan) and had committed treason against the Sultan. (Source from MKini)
With Zambry adding in saying Now The People Can See Who They Really Are..
You are damn bloody right, moron! We, The People, can see very well Who They Are and also What You Morons Are.. We are no fools to take your blatant spinning anymore. We remembered every clip of that takeover episode that very day. It's posted all over the blogs when our lowly MSM refused to reveal the truth.
They Were The People's Choice And They Still Are!!
And this one coming from our patched face DPM..
The deputy prime minister lashed out today at Pakatan Rakyat (PR) lawmakers for convening a state assembly sitting at the Heritage Hotel in Ipoh, after they were forcibly stopped from entering the Perak state secretariat building yesterday.
Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said the PR assemblymen had no respect for the courts and that such a move was against the constitution. Read More Here..
What Constitution, may I ask? Don't preach constitution to us when you morons are not even constitutional! It was all lawbreaking and unconstitutional right from the beginning. Again, don't bring in the royalty here. As if not enough damage have been done
Fucking idiots!!
Why Can't They Just Shut The Fuck Up?

Election Commission: Just Another Doggie Outfit Of Umno...

Just when we thought we have gotten rid of the previous moron, little did we know that we would be getting this rabid dog as a replacement. No?
Then fancy this...
The Election Commission (EC) today ruled that Kota Siputeh state constituency is not vacant and that Datuk Abu Hassan Sharif, who won the seat in the 12th general election, remains as assemblyman.
EC chairman Tan Sri Abdul Aziz Mohd Yusof said the commission, which met today, unanimously agreed that the Kota Siputeh assemblyman absented himself for two consecutive state assembly meetings, but over two different terms.
Read More Here..
This is also the same moron who flouted all the Laws and Constitution of Silver State by rejecting the resignation letters of the 3 state assembly personnel submitted by the then Perak State Assembly Speaker.
Since when is the Election Commission empowered with such power to question and to reject The Speaker's request as if they are the judiciary by itself. Again, he continues to demonstrate the same with the Kota Siputeh issue.
This is getting way out of hand. Kedah state government should bring this issue to court of law to decide. We roughly know what the outcome would be from our kangaroo judiciary. But at least, we try and give another black marking to our already tainted judiciary.
We must continue to fight against their blatant abuses of power till This Change become Imminent.

The Real Reason Behind The Petrol Price Hike...

As of today, a new graded petrol (RON95) priced at RM1.80 per liter will be introduce. RON92 will be phase out and our usual consumed fuel is hiked up by 25sen to RM2.05 per liter. Read more Here..
A creation of a sub-graded fuel is been used as a justification to hike up our usual consumed fuel by almost 14% to RM2.05 per liter.
It doesn't takes a rocket scientist to figure out these RON gradings to know what we will be getting. And I am sure many of us have accidentally fill up our car with RON92 in the past. Imagine how our car would gives out knocking sound when engaging a slight slope. I really wonder how this RON95 grade would affect our car performance. Is the slight difference going to be noticeable immediately and over a longer run? What about fuel efficiency?
Whatever it is, I believe many of us would end up reverting back to RON97 in the near future. Especially those with higher end cars.
Again, our government is fleecing the people with this move. Somehow or another, the people are paying more than we should. Another sign of the desperate situation that our country is in... Our economy is deteriorating and our government has the slightest idea on how to raise funds. Only option is to rob from the people through this fuel hike masterstroke.
Lets just hope that this ill gotten funds would be put to good use instead of financing their sick political ambitions or finance their corrupt appetite.

Happy Merdeka! If This Ain't Glaring Enough, I Wonder What Is...

There you go... Some demonstration happening during the eve of Independence Day.

Heads to roll and blood to shed was uttered by some bigots. But why the sudden inefficiency on the police part? Fasting month, I suppose, was their reason. Need police report to act against these uncivilized bastards according to one of them in rank.

All out of a sudden, our PM, Home Minister and IGP seemed to find it difficult to understand their own native language. That's why their inaction to deal with those idiots who demonstrated. Or was it part of their hatched-up plan to undermine the Selangor state government?

Whatever it is, Happy Fxxking Merdeka, Malaysia!!!

Dissolve Selangor State NOW!!!!

Well, read this breaking news, PM's promise: Target Selangor from Mkini. Just another confirmation by our PM on their involvement in issues that have been plaguing the Selangor state government so far. Beer ban and cow head issue. Pakatan Rakyat should not take this warning lightly..

Meanwhile, Kedah state government should watch their back closely. With the recent defection, they could be the one before Selangor state.
