The news of Teoh Beng Hock's sudden death surfaced last Friday. Since then, comments and condolences have been appearing all around the blogs and MSM. Some pointing their fingers at MACC over the mysterious circumstances that surrounds Teoh Beng Hock's death while others raised questions over this mystery.
One minister blatantly warned PR politicians not to politicize this issue. While Umno owned mainstream media made a lowly attempt to spin this death issue into a racial issue. How not to politicize this issue when it involves a political aide and the politicization of our supposedly independent MACC? The fact is one life has been lost. Teoh Beng Hock is not even a suspect. He was merely a witness. A witness to the suspected abuse of RM2,400 funds to purchase of national flags.And the next day, MACC claimed that Teo has jumped down from 14th floor of the MACC building in Shah Alam. Many questions still remained unanswered. 1) Did Teoh Beng Hock jumped off on his own accord? 2) Or was he torture to death before they throw him down in their attempt to cover up his death? The fact is Teoh was brought in for questioning and he was found dead the next day within the MACC building.Another glaring fact is the high number of sudden death while in detention that leaves our system in great doubts. Kugan's case is still not resolve. It merely took a statement by Dr Merican to silence this case. Post mortem results says that Kugan died of lungs failure but did they even bother to explain how 70 or more bruise marks appeared on Kugan's body? The ball is now in Najib's hand. Whatever the outcome is would be a good indicator of what is to come for our country in the future.

SHAH ALAM: Kajang municipal councillor Tan Booh Wah has refused a request to give his statement to the police who are investigating the death of political aide Teoh Beng Hock.
Selangor CPO Deputy Comm Datuk Khalid Abu Bakar said police had also summoned Selangor executive councillor Ean Yong Hian Wah and Kota Alam Shah assemblyman M. Manoharan to give their statements on the matter.
Teoh, a former journalist, was political secretary to Ean Yong.
“We have already contacted Tan but he has refused. If he refuses to come forward, we will have to summon him under Section 111 of the Criminal Procedure Code,” he told reporters Monday after briefing Inspect-General of Police Tan Sri Musa Hassan on the progress of the investigation.
would u take the risk knowing u may not come out?..the police can drop by the office n interview?
now seemed they are using the law again..would tan be next ?
