Get The Kangaroos Out Of Malaysia's Judicial System!

The Silver State crisis has managed to uncover many kangaroos presiding over our country's judiciary in recent time.
The recent ruling by the federal court in favor of the suspended state assemblymen over the speaker's position has clearly make a mockery out of the country's Federal Constitution.
The Federal Constitution Article 72 on the power of speaker clearly states that

(1) The validity of any proceedings in the Legislative Assembly of any State shall not be questioned in any court.

(2) No person shall be liable to any proceedings in any court in respect of anything said or any vote given by him when taking part in proceedings of the Legislative Assembly of any State or of any committee thereof.

(3) No person shall be liable to any proceedings in any court in respect of anything published by or under the authority of the Legislative Assembly of any State.

Now tell me how else can we interpret overselves to side with the judge/s who come out with such a ruling?
Rais Yatim, don't blame the bloggers for spinning out of context away from the truth when all the lies and blatant abuse of power starts from your side of the field. Why didn't you take Utusan Malaysia to task for their seditious article, 'Bangkitlah Melayu'? Prove to us that you are worthy enough to helm the Information Ministry.
Your hands are tied, I presume.
Be a Man and quit like our ex de facto Law Minister, Datuk Zaid Ibrahim.
Our Federal Constitution has just been trampled upon by Kangaroos!!
